After buying helmets in the city the kids were so excited to get on the bikes. Along the river in Brisbane there are amazing bike paths. I LOVED getting a run in while the kids biked. They did a great job of staying to the left (since everything is backwards here just like driving).
Rylie LOVED her hair all curly after having it in a french braid for a couple of days.

We biked to a park next to the tennis courts where the kids take lessons. The kids did a great job of biking over the Go-Between-Bridge and along the other side of the river. It is quite a highway for bikers and you have to make sure to stay in your lane (stay on the left). Most bikers on this path are not out for a leisurely stroll, but they are commuting.
Part of the experience of living in an apartment building is taking the bikes
up to the apartment in an elevator!!! The kids loved doing this!
