LOVE this shirt. It fits Derek perfectly!! The car & ramp toy in the background is the gift Rylie gave Derek. It was the best idea to bring it to the hospital. Derek loved coming to visit and the toy kept him entertained after the initial excitement of meeting Rylie wore off.
