This year for the first time in 10 years, we are not going anywhere for Thanksgiving or Christmas and it feels awesome. We enjoyed a relaxing Thanksgiving weekend in AZ with our family and friends. We started off the morning with a turkey trot, watching football, enjoying the awesome weather, and then had some friends over later on for Thanksgiving dinner. It was so wonderful to be in our own house! I didn't even get a family picture...we are so thankful for our family and an amazing God who loves us.
Rylie loves Grace and had fun playing with her
Derek and Greyson rode bikes and raced trucks the entire evening (about 3 hours). They had a blast!
Who wants dessert?
Decorating for Christmas
We had our pool drained, acid washed and refilled Thanksgiving weekend. The kids had so much fun playing in the empty pool.
Rylie participated in her first Home Depot Project - making a tool box
While making apple pie the day before Thanksgiving, Derek had a blast pulling Rylie in the Cozy Coupe and crashing and bashing.
Kids were great at helping me make apple pie and mashed potatoes.
