One Saturday (1 month after turning 2 yrs old) we were about to go swimming and I told Rylie she couldn't go pee pee in the pool so she needed to go on the potty beforehand and she totally went!!! We hadn't really planned on potty training Rylie just yet because she just turned 2, but thought we would just go with it...we left her naked all day and she went pee pee on the potty all day. Still not sure if we were all ready for this, we kept working with her all week. Rylie wore a diaper when we were out and about, but kept it dry and went pee pee on the potty whenever we were out! She LOVES to tell Derek that she went pee pee and LOVES having him cheer her on. Amazing how kids are motivated by different things. The second week we decided to take potty training seriously and had her wear big girl underwear and earn stickers and prizes. She totally got it and has only had a few accidents! What a big girl. She LOVES using the potty in every place we go to!! She has gone to the bathroom at Derek's preschool, the park, the train park, the mall, friend's houses and church!!! We are so proud of our Rylie girl!! :)

Rylie has now been completely day time potty trained without any accidents for over a month. She LOVES to earn chocolate chips for going poo poo. I am so thankful that potty training Rylie was so simple and fun! Can't believe both kids are out of diapers. We potty trained Derek May 2013 and Rylie was potty trained May 2014.
