Gainesville, FL

Matt took Derek to Gainesville, Florida for a father-son trip to see a football game (Florida vs South Carolina) in the Swamp. While he was there he met up with some of our friends. Rylie and I stayed home and had a fun girls weekend, but it was sure fun to see all the pictures of friends and places we love!

After the game the boys went back to Lake Alice and finally found a couple gators.

Thanksgiving in Salt Lake City, UT

For Thanksgiving this year, we drove to Salt Lake City to be with Matt's family. It was so much fun to be with family for Thanksgiving. Derek and Rylie played with their cousins the whole time. It was a wonderful trip full of great memories and family time.

The night before Thanksgiving...it SNOWED!!! This was amazing. The kids had a great time playing in the snow. They even made a snow man and we had a snowball fight. The snow was so pretty to look at. The kids had never seen snow falling before.
